The secrets of Summer have arrived and we are welcoming them with open arms this month. July brings with it 31 days of deliciousness, blissful bursts of warmth and sunlight surrounds us as we watch this season come to life once more. The Full Moon in Capricorn on the 10th ushers in her discipline and determined spirit, followed be a light hearted and playful entrance into Leo season on the 22nd. The New Moon on 24th sat within this fire sign continues the mood as we head towards the end of the month. We are now in the peak Summer, the perfect opportunity for a dramatic shift on a personal level, holding space, being kind to ourselves and creating new and exciting ways forward. Aries - Four of Cups
The Four of Cups shows us hesitation and caution. We have been presented with an opportunity that may unfold over the next few week, yet we are reluctant and unsure of accepting what is being offered to us. We have our 3 cups perfectly lined up in front of us, reluctant to reach out and take hold of another. A thread is being presented to us, trying to tempt us into reacting, yet we are actively choosing not to respond for one reason or another. When Death arrives it brings us to an untimely halt, a sense of panic erupts as we are conditioned to fear change and uncertainty. As we take a moment to stop and pause, we are standing on the knife edge of expansion and new horizons this July. In the story of The 10 of Pentacles we are laying down the foundations for our future endeavours. This card invites us to tell our story, cementing our own personal legacy as we navigate our short time here on this early plane. The suit of Pentacles eagerly questions our sense of value and perception of abundance and wealth, where do our own personal riches hide and what are we doing to maintain our ideas of what wealth looks like and what it means to us. As we travel through the suit and reach the 10 this card invites us to explore the idea of what our own village looks like and the journey we have taken to get there. This month is an opportunity for connection with this 10, for building and maintaining the social structures that we hold so dear to us, investing in them so that they provide us sanctuary and support for years to come.
